Breakfast and dinner was really plentiful and delicious. Coffee, tea and sherry awaited our arrival in the chalet.

This is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sounds of nature late in the afternoon. Close to Pretoria and well maintained gravel road. "

Amazing accommodation, fit for a queen, the best of the best service, food, personnel. When you enter the gates of Zenzele River Lodge you experience this welcoming, you belong here, you are a special guest feeling. Zenzele offers you over and over value for money. In the morning you enjoy a healthy breakfast with a big smile from Casine and a friendly chat from Petro. Every morning she has a chat with all her guests, assisting with anything. Then it’s time to explore the lovely grounds, going over the bridge you stand in amazement, a "bush church", Here I proposed to Retha. What a sight. You imagine the weddings, etc. Hiking we met 3 giraffes, and bucks. Dinner time we enjoy the fire. Great chef personally explaining the menu with his dessert always a "surprise". Bon appetite. Indeed, the best! Staff were always visible, never in your face, attending to your every need. Pictures and info on internet about Zenzele is not misleading, that's what you get and even more. It was an experience of a lifetime, one we would any given time do again. Lastly we enjoyed a 2 hour game drive again with a packed cooler box from Casine. Always making sure his guest are happy. Sadly we had to greet and leave, to return soon and this time staying in one of the lovely luxurious chalets overlooking the river/bridge. Zenezele is everything and more, every penny spent is money well spent. So popular make sure you book a least a month in advance. In a nutshell "Zenzele is a Paradise in Nature" where only the best is good enough for people arriving a stranger but leaving as family.
