Although comfortable, the dŽcor is very out-dated and when compared with other accommodation in the same price range, NiŽ-Zel appears to be overpriced for the facilities on offer. We particularly disliked the very steep driveway.

"Nestled in a lush, garden, hillside setting, this log cabin is homely and comfortable with everything we wanted for a four night break visiting Kruger Park and the beautiful countryside and attractions around Hazyview. It is run by a genuinely lovely person called Elma. It is true that the driveway is steep, but nothing too challenging. The furnishings aren't new or luxurious, but it has a lovely, homely feel and the setting is perfect. We sat on our veranda and soaked in the peace and tranquillity. As well as visiting Kruger Park, it is well worth exploring the area. Elma recommended a full day trip but we only managed the nearest town and God's Window, which were both well worth seeing. So there is plenty more to go at, should we be able to return. Staying in this accommodation is a metaphor for life. You can whinge about the steep drive and the lack of designer fixtures and fittings, or you can appreciate the wonderful view the hillside setting allows. Stand by the pool, listen to the birdsong and look out through the lush garden to the rolling hills covered with pine, eucalyptus and banana groves, and you will fully appreciate the wonderful world in which we live."
