Toilet leak should be fixed. Bath tap water cold/hot connection is wrong. Shower door do not close properly. Potpourri or air freshner in room would be great. No cracked tiles ..."

Otherwise , nice big bed and room. Save parking away from street behind gates. Nice breakfast very friendly staff."

Armand met us at the airport and drove us to the lodge, which really is only 10 minutes drive from the airport, and the lodge is situated away from the flight paths so you're not kept awake by planes. Armand was very professional but also friendly, and made sure all our needs were attended to. We ate dinner at the restaurant in the lodge and the chef was very attentive to our needs. Our room was very well appointed and maintained and clean. The lodge grounds were very pleasant. A computer was available in a common area for checking email, though the internet connection was a bit slow. The cooked breakfast the next morning was excellent. I would recommend this lodge to anyone, and I will definitely stay there if I need accommodation in Johannesburg in the future. Ian Viney, Christchurch, New Zealand."

Even though we arrived late in the evening, the chef cheerfully made us a beautiful meal and also served us a delicious breakfast very early, before we left for a Kruger Park safari tour. The Lodge has a spacious feel and the rooms are very comfortable, set in attractive grounds. After our return from the 3 day tour, we enjoyed another delicious dinner and breakfast and then spent a relaxing morning before we flew out, enjoying the view of the garden and surrounding farmland from the lounges near the pool. The Lodge is situated close to OR Tambo airport and suited our needs very well. "

Unfortunately we could not eat there but we have no doubt that it would have been outstanding as well. The bed was in a perfect condition and everything worked. The owner made us feel at home and was very pleasant. If you sit in the garden it so peaceful one would not say that you are in a city. When we left a 05h00 in the morning the owner was there to see us off and even offered to prepare us a lunch pack.
