All the staff, with the exception of one person, were friendly and very helpful. The barman and the kitchen and dining room staff were very helpful, cheerful and friendly which was much appreciated.

We had to have room service for breakfast because the dining room has three big steps and was not possible to negotiate with a heavy battery operated wheelchair. The breakfasts were wonderful and the staff who brought it were friendly, professional and polite. We especially enjoyed the breakfasts. The room was kept clean and well serviced during the two nights stay.

I would like to especially thank the barman, the afternoon/evening and the night receptionists who were exceptionally helpful. Also, the kitchen and diningroom staff who were friendly and especially cheerful and polite.
