We promptly relaxed in the Jacuzzi before supper, cooked and served by Vanessa in the lovely big bush veld dining room. Kerneels and Vanessa join their guests at meal times and we were able to have a lovely chance to chat about the bush veld and all the activities they offer.There is a lovely bar area in the lounge to relax and chat around. Vanessa took us to the Addo Elephant Park the next day and we returned to a braai in the Boma on the side of the lodge. Recommend the Lodge to others wishing to visit."

After dinner we just enjoy sitting out on the giant veranda overlooking the mountains and hearing nothing but nature’s sounds.

The lodge boasts five gorgeous rooms, each room overlooking gorgeous mountains. It was lovely to be able to relax in the Jacuzzi after a long day out at the Addo Elephant Park.

The food was incredible! More than once I overheard someone asking for a recipe to take home. Nothing was too much trouble and we were not left wanting of anything!

Thank you to the Scholtz family. We will definitely be back to spend another amazing weekend at your lodge.
