Rooms are clean and reasonable space.
Bathroom: I will recommend to have serviettes changed daily.
WIFI is only around reception (not everywhere in lodge as indicated on website).
No restaurant for diner in lodge but plenty of choice in town.
We arranged the following with front desk of the lodge:
- Note: We had to pay cash for these tours
- Boat trip on river / estuary: no issue (2 hours on the river and a lot of hippopotamus)
- Game drive to Cape Vidal (from 06:00 to 16:00):
Do not expect to see many animals
Nice breakfast prepared by lodge and taken in nature reserve
Nice lunch (braai with salad) prepared by our driver / ranger from food taken at lodge

"We had an amazing time in Forest Lodge. We arrived a little bit earlier than the check-in time and still let us stay in our rooms. The place is really pretty and close to the main amenities. The breakfast was good too."
