Rose Cottage overlooks the incredible dam, with amazing sunset views; it’s quiet and very affordable. The Owners of the guest house will do anything to make your stay pleasant.

John gave us clear directions to the Shell garage over the phone from where he met us and escorted us on his red scooter to the cottage. The unit was spacious and clean and could sleep up to eight people, no complaints. A drive to the dam itself was well worth it. Unfortunately there was a general power failure and we felt somewhat lost as it started getting dark. We did look for candles but could not find any so a suggestion would be to provide some just in case. The power did come on eventually after nine in the evening so it was by no means disastrous. It was a conveniently situated and recommended overnight stop along the way."
