"Our family of 3 stayed at Tamapa Lodge for three weeks during July. The Lodge is in a nice quiet neighbourhood with a nice walk way just in front and very close to the beach. Our host, Danie, was very generous to move us to a sea facing room after 4 nights, this room also included a bath which helped a lot with our toddler and they even gave us a microwave to use in the room although it is not a self catering facility. The room cleaning was fantastic-daily and with new towels daily. My only recommendation would be regarding breakfast which was very standard and not very appetising. The eggs and bacon was very greasy and the rest consisted of a different combination of the following: baked beans, tomato and onion relish, viennas, sweet corn, mushrooms, mince and twice some boerewors. There was also canned fruit with yoghurt and three cerials.I can however not fault the hospitality of Danie and his staff. Thank you."
