Rooms and outside area are kept clean. It's close enough to town to pop in quickly but far enough out of town to feel like you're living on a farm.
What you wouldn't expect for the rate paid is the way you get spoiled with chocolates/sweets on your bed every day. Then there's enough coffee/tea put out. Not only the two packs of coffee and two bags of tea with a little too less sugar sachets that you get at the four star places. One doesn't expect all this for the price. This little place is full of surprises!"

Since Pietersburg gets very hot in summer, I was surprised to see there is no air-conditioning system in the room, only a ceiling fan, and that there is no verandah to supply some shade in the afternoon. The sun shines into the room after 12:00 noon and makes it very hot inside. We stayed there end of September, the start of spring and it was very hot.

The cement furniture outside is very nice, but it is too heavy to carry to the shade provided by the car port. Some shade will add more pleasure to the lovely surroundings.
