"Very disappointed this time. Stayed there in November and the place was comfortable and organised. This time however, I sent the owner a message 24 hours before our arrival, requesting the code for the safe to collect the key. On arrival, still no contact from the owner. The guard at the gate didn't have the keys either. I therefore had to search through my emails to find the code from my previous stay and thta's how I managed to open the safe. I sent a message to the owner who replied that he was abroad and still no code. The key to the security door at the kitchen was broken so we couldn't use that door. The fridge had not been switched on either. After an eight hour drive, we do not appreciate these inconveniences.
Generally the place was very dusty and needs some maintenance, especially in the bathroom with the shower as the toilet makes a noise."

"When I arrived at Magaliqua Guest House I was suprised to see such a beautiful guest house, the impression I get when I opened the door was so impressive, in fact I was so amazed,the been that I was angry with the management of guest house as there was no signage for the guest house we had to move around in circles for more than an hour. We had a warm welcome from the owner he even apologised. When we entered the bedrooms we thought that this really looks like one of the top five star hotels, the sheets and cutlery were of top range.

I looked around the rooms I liked the furniture and the colours used they were so nice, the price did not match that beauty. I rate it as 5 star."
