Dear Alexander, thank you for your feedback Ð we value any feedback and pride ourselves Òon going the extra mileÓ to ensure that all our guests have a lovely stay. I am sorry that you felt that Òa single braai pack of R270-00Ó was not value for money Ð may I remind you that this was for 2 guests and an entire meal with charcoal, firelighters and included a dessert. By my Maths, that is pretty good value and there isn't much profit in that for Thulamela! By ordering braai goodies for a second night, it appeared that you enjoyed it!

Your suggestion of a couch is valid Ð the bench outside under the stars at the cottageÕs private braai area might be a bit cool during winter. What a pity that you didn't mention these points during your stay Ð I do think that it is always much easier to rectify a situation right at the moment, than afterwards."
