Greater attention needs to be paid to some of the finer details as regards infrastructure and upgrading of the rooms.

"Windsor Guest House is the most wonderful I ever been to. Just from when I was doing my bookings I recognised how organised and caring this Guest House was. On arrival on the 28/11/2014,

1) The staff; was so welcoming and friendly and that's when my wife and I started to realise that we are home away from home.
2) The rooms are outstanding, wow! Really if I had an option I would have extended my stay at Windsor guest house. The bed was so huge and comfortable with clean sheets. Generally speaking, the rooms are very clean.
3) Security; no one can complain about sleepless nights because they were afraid that their properties may be stolen or some people may come and rob them in their rooms because Windsor Guest house has prevented this problem with its security services.
4) Environment: I am really speechless on how to explain the beauty in the compound. The feeling when I woke up in the morning, walking around the yard breathing-in the morning breeze was so wonderful.
5) Entertainment; there are actually more than enough facilities that help us to enjoy just at the guest house. Swimming pool, pool table and many more are enough for people who really need to entertain. "

"The moment we arrived we felt at home - as if the staff were expecting us. The entrance felt clean and fresh. Our room upstairs (no 6) was lovely. It smelt fresh, and the beautiful sea view was splendid. Carpets were clean and not "worn," the bed was well dressed and a lovely cooling sea breeze was ever present and welcome. We had the benefit of large easy opening aluminium windows day and night which in the Natal humidity was vital. In addition, we had 2 extra fans if the sea breeze was not enough. The bathroom too was neat and clean and fully functional - toilets etc all worked well. All our needs were met. We had access to a comfortable lounge/living area, as well as to the braai/bar area. Public areas were kept clean and fresh and the public fridge was also clean and neat. Breakfast was fabulous - we had the traditional English breakfast each day and it was super - good portions that sustained one for several hours. The swimming pool was exactly what one needed to close off a day - refreshingly cool - 29 degrees! The staff were very helpful, even attending to our laundry without having to ask. A lovely place for privacy and relaxation - home away from home at good rates. "
