"Wonderful accommodation in the heart of the Karoo. The Bush Camp is a great experience and is situated in beautiful surroundings. We were received by the owner with great hospitality and welcomed by a beautiful sunset. Although I will not suggest this as an overnight spot unless you are familiar with Karoo animal sounds, the wind hustling through the tent and the noise of the water system. We therefore didn't get a great night's rest needed for the long drive ahead but certainly had a great new experience to add to our memory banks."

At Asserndelft lodge however this was a surprisingly great change! Perfectly clean and well decorated rooms with great staff. The owner is very friendly and accommodating. The staff are very friendly. The breakfast was perfect and the price makes it all so much more suprising! From now on I will only stay there for my stop overs I have no need to explore different Accomodations in the Karoo any further"
