Come be apart of our unique Backpackers Lodge, and experience the creative spirit of Accoustix. We pride ourselves in our Art's and Volunteer Programs. We host an unusual blend of South African Live Acoustic music nightly.

You'll find everything you are looking for; a well informed tour and information center, clean comfortable accommodation, a shuttle service, in-house and out of house entertainment and all the support you could need. We are truly an international spot enjoyed by thousands over the years and that keep coming back.

We provide all the facilities required by a backpacker with one difference, we do it with attitude.

Randburg is a great centre for a True Multi Cultural Cosmopolitan Experience. If you enjoy city life , this is the place to be! We also offer all musicians and artists the opportunity to come stay and play in this amazing Backpackers Lodge.

Our sound proof Jam Cave has Accoustic Jam sessions nightly so Grab a shaker or a Jam Bay (African Drum) and join in. The sound proof cellar is where the Vibe ends and tranquility begins, this is where you can relax in peace and quite.

Are you the adventurous type? …. Go on one of Accoustix@Grant’s Backpackers Soweto and City tours (specially priced for our guests) or book an Overland Tour or Safari trip at our Travel Desk. It is our recommendation that booking tours from overseas is not the way to go, it is better to arrive and network with other travelers and find out what is right for you.
Most tours can be booked within 24 hours.
