"First and foremost I was wowed by excellent service I experienced via telephone when I wanted to change my check in and check out dates. What I thought to be a mountain to claim, was actually made earlier by one of their friendliest staff. Upon arrival, I was greeted and assisted by one of the very kind and caring staff by the name of Mondli. It was on the 26 December 2020 at 09:45am. He asked me if I would want to go have breakfast first before doing administration. I was supposed to checked in on 25 December 2020 and delayed as I was coming from Limpopo and had to rest on the road. I received one of the best assistance from him. The breakfast was very nice, the breakfast hall was extremely nice and well decorated. Truly liked the homemade scones, they were really special to me. My kids enjoyed the breakfast the most. The floor attendants were so very helpful and clean. I enjoyed my stay .Thank you for making our stay so memorable. I like how we used elbow for selecting the lift number. "

NB : there was a refund due to me but I am still waiting for this to be settled which I did not experienced in hotels like the Holiday Inns.

All in all a good and relaxing hotel and improvements on the above will be appreciated.
