Situated between Gauteng and the Botswana border, is Villa Finesse Guesthouse.
This is an affordable place to stay, and is perfect for the business executive and leisure traveller.

Close to Sun City and the Pilansberg Nature Reserve, we are open for 24 hours – there is no limit to check in time.

There are 5 different room types:
• Room one: 3 x single beds
• Room two: 1 x Queen sized bed
• Room three: 1 x Queen sized bed
• Room four: 1 x Queen sized bed, 1 x single bed
• Room five: 1 x Queen sized bed, 1 x single bed, 1 x single banker.

Rooms are non-self catering but are equipped with a kettle, coffee/tea station, mini fridge, TV, mosquito net, roof fan, heater, electrical blanket (in winter), iron and ironing board, own en-suite bathroom, linen, towels and bathroom amenities. No smoking is allowed inside the rooms, but each unit has its own separate veranda to sit and relax on and smoke.

Each room has direct access to the swimming pool and a view over the garden. Every room has two entrances (a front door and a back door.). The guesthouse has a private entrance, which assures privacy. Guinea-fowl and ducks walk freely in the garden, adding to the tranquil atmosphere.

Facilities provided include braai/barbecue facilities on site, dinner plates, cutlery, braai equipment, etc, which are available on request. Evenings can be spent around a crackling huge fire on arrangement.

Each room has a colour tv with remote (SABC, ETV and one DSTV channel), and DVD players can be provided upon request.

We offer secure undercover parking on site with an electrical gate. Manager stays on the premises.

Activities offered on site include an outdoor swimming pool, pool table and dart board.

Laundry service is available daily. Safe is also available on the premises. Internet accessibility is possible and a hair dryer is available on request.

Nearby attractions allow for game viewing, fishing/water sports, playing golf, bird watching, 4x4 trails, scuba diving, historical sites/tours, hunting, and lots more!

The little village of Swartruggens lies surrounded by a series of black hills. The town was originally built on the Elands River during the late 1800's. Diamonds were discovered north of the town in 1932 and today small diamond diggings are still operational.

Essentially, Swartruggens is popular because of its access to game lodges and game viewing, close to the Johannesburg city without having to travel miles before experiencing game country.
