The original farmhouse, dating since 1704, and situated on the bank of the Bergriver, was renovated into 4 spacious, fully equipped self-catering units, each with their own TV, bathroom & kitchen. Relax on the verandah with breathtaking views of the vineyards, Bergriver & mountains. Enjoy the birdlife, fish eagles crying & watch your children play in the huge garden or in the sparkling pool. Enjoy a glass of wine while starting your barbeque-fire or treat yourself with our delicious food in our own farm stall/restaurant. Bring your fishing rods, canoe or mountain bikes & enjoy freedom of farm life to the fullest! Hike on your own through the vineyards or join us on a guided farm tour.

Du Vlei offers 4 modern equipped self-catering units, but with real farm style atmosphere and 5 luxurious guest rooms with coffee-making facilities & home baked rusks on the house. With 42 beds & only a few minutes away from several wedding venues, olive- & wine estates of the well-known Riebeek Valley, Du Vlei is the ideal stop-over.

"We thoroughly enjoyed our overnight stay at the farm. We were warmly welcomed & our accommodation had everything we could need as well as being clean & cosy.
We ate both lunch & breakfast at the restaurant on the property & were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food, the welcome of the family & the cost to our wallets. We would defiantly book to stay there again & recommend it to friends. Sadly there are no vacancies for the weekend of the olive festival
