There was no hassles what so ever when we attempted to change our check in date. We also could not make it in time on Saturday to check in but the staff stayed just to check us in even though we were atleast 1 and a half hours later than the latest check in time. Everything was offered at a reasonable price. We had arrived well before the official check-in time and the very friendly and competent staff made an effort to get the room ready. We found the place to be extremely well kept, with a charming garden. The room was small, without being cramped, and had absolutely everything a 4 star place would have. The excellent breakfast was in a pleasant dining room that still had original furnishings such as a fireplace over 100 years old and historic prints. The service throughout was first class and we found everything as promised and more. We had discovered our home from home!"
