The animals roam freely and we had many up-close encounters with inquisitive Ostriches and other buck! The rooms were clean and well equipped. The staff very extremely helpful and friendly and made sure we had all we needed. We all came away feeling totally chilled out and rather sad to leave. We would definitely return! "

Natalie took us on a great safari drive pointing out lots of wildlife and patiently answering our endless questions! In the evening we enjoyed a much recommended wine tasting with Michael and then enjoyed a truly delicious meal with our hosts. The following morning we visited the cheetahs which was indescribable and then my husband and 8yr old son went out on quadbikes. The Safari game Lodge is a very peaceful stopover for one or two days and can be recommended to all who travel along the inner 'Garden Route' ( Montagu, Oudtshorn )."
