The Rivera- Wanliss family would like to welcome you to their breathtakingly beautiful, secluded farm set in a magical valley in the Langeberg Mountains near Swellendam.

We offer a selection of gorgeous self-catering cottages, from cosy African style thatched rondavels perfect for a small family, to our largest 12 sleeper house, with it's own swimming pool.

In-Room facilities include: Microwave, oven/stove, fridge/freezer, fans, all necessary crockery, cutlery, 100% cotton linen, bath towels, soap and detergents.

Establishment facilities include: A divine swimming pool in natural surroundings, swimming in the river and wonderful rock pools, children's playground and central boma.

Additional activities include:
* Kayaks and canoes for paddling on the river.
* Abundant bird life.
* Fishing for the whole family in our well stocked dam - catch & release - Tilapia (bream).
* Playground with trampoline/jungle gym/tractor etc.
* Mini soccer field, foefie slide - great fun for the whole family.
* Reception barn for guests' use, board games, table tennis, and DSTV.
* Central thatched lapa with indoor braai for groups.
* Our very own labyrinth – at the end of a perfect hill walk – breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains.

"What a perfect place to escape the city and enjoy nature with one's children. We only had a weekend but feel thoroughly rejuvenated. The children aged 11 and 13 loved meeting others, hiking, canoeing, fishing (in the small but fully stocked dam) swimming (both in the pool and in the picturesque river) and generally goofing around on the trampoline and the swathes of lawn. Waking up in a thatched chalet to birdsong and ending each evening in front of a fire are the stuff holidays are made of. Thanks to our lovely host Peter. I am looking at future dates to return for sure!"
