There is a choice of where to sit, in the lounge with TV of an evening, in the Sunroom, with doors opened or closed, depending on the weather. And the weather in the Hermanus area can be varied! On hot days sitting on the deck or in the back garden under the deep shade of the Pepper Tree was great. The beach is not far away, easy to walk to, and a little further up the coastal path, we often walked to Onrus Beach. The cafe there has coffees and meals, also WiFi. However the owner has now had excellent WiFi installed in the house (on our 2nd last day so we could try it out).
The kitchen is well equipped. The owner was interested to know if any improvements could be made. We shared our thoughts with her on some minor updating we thought would enhance the excellent property."

"We (two couples) had the complete nice house with two bedrooms, two bathrooms for us. The house is only a few steps from the beach in the quiet and safe area of Saandbai very close to Hermanus. Very nice location for walks on the cliff path or hikes in the surrounding mountains."
