"Communication is always the key to a pleasant stay - get it wrong and the whole stay is a disaster. The folk here are so professional they just got it all right up front so there was this feeling of being home in another place straight away.

The accommodation was superb - modern, clean and provided everything I needed. I had to select breakfast on arrival but unfortunately picked up a bug during the dinner had elsewhere so I didn't make it but I imagine it was as good. Thanks much appreciated.
