We did not receive the accommodation we booked (a cottage suitable for a family of four) because that building was under redevelopment. We were not notified of this in advance. Instead we were provided ..."

We did not receive the accommodation we booked (a cottage suitable for a family of four) because that building was under redevelopment. We were not notified of this in advance. Instead we were provided with two spacious rooms in another building. As a result we had to use the church kitchen to prepare dinner... which worked OK. "
