"The management and staff of Crawfords Beach Lodge went out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. From the reception desk to the waiters in the dining hall, all were extremely professional. This attests to thorough training and maintenance of standards.

Our room had a beautiful view of the beach, was within easy walking distance from the dining facilities and it was spotlessly clean. When we returned from dinner that evening, a welcoming chocolate had been placed on our turned-back covers. This attention to detail did not go unnoticed either. :)

The chef and kitchen team also need to be highly commended on the excellentbuffet they provide: thereare a variety of products for each stage of a menu, incredible flavours and textures whether you are looking at starters, main course, desserts or cheeses and crackers. The beverages in the adjoining lounge,where they also keep a welcoming fireburning,are also accompanied by three delicious types of cookies. All in all, a culinary delight!

I need to add that I, at a personal level,have enjoyed meals (some booked and others impromptu), overnight stays and two day workshops here for work purposesover the last eight years and cannot ever recall having had a disappointing meal or experience.This family has therefore convinced me that they believe in service excellence. It felt like being in a 5 star hotel without being forced to dress up. Casual clothing was all we needed.
