The hosts and staff are all charming and we felt we could ask for anything--as it happened we didn't need to because it was all there, with many other extra special little touches which makes the guest feel as though everyone genuinely cares. We stayed on our way in and out of S.A. and as our flight out was not until the evening Peter drove us to the shopping mall and picked us up a few hours later a bit heavier with bags and lighter in rand.A big plus for us was the dinner which meant we did not have to trek out and find food when we just wanted to relax.

However, all fears were dispelled. It was wonderful, and even better than the description mainly because of the 'hosts' (the owners). They were genuinely welcoming, friendly, kind, solicitous. Even stored our luggage while we went on safari - and then delivered it back to us at Joho airport. Both Schutte and Deidre (with baby son) came to the airport and were genuinely interested in our safari experiences.
