We had to attend to some business in a particular area and needed affordable accommodation conveniently nearby as we both have walking disabilities. We thought of using this opportunity as a little “get away”.
Each month we saved until we could afford our “trip” but first needed accommodation to suit our pocket.
What we found was too good to be true and expected the worst for the price. How wrong we were.
At Na-chelle we were not just lead to a neat, clean and tidy room (very adequately equipped for self service) but were met, and greeted, on arrival by warm and friendly faces.
Later, after having been given time to settle in and rest, we were visited by Management enquiring whether we were comfortably settled. The conditions of the establishment were kindly explained.
What surprised and astounded us was that Management went out of their way, in their private capacity, to assist us with a problem that we casually mentioned, but did not in any form request any assistance.
To our astonishment, they returned explaining what they had arranged in order to alleviate our problem and enable us a happy and worry free stay at their homely environment.
Na-chelle definitely goes that extra mile to satisfy their customers.
