Chillifields Guesthouse is an upmarket establishment situated on a ten acre farm overlooking the beautiful Assagay Valley. Chillifields Guesthouse has four well appointed rooms complete with en-suite bathrooms.
Each room has a kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, toaster as well as coffee and tea making facilities. Each room has a television and heating.

Our rates are for bed only, we have two excellent breakfast restaurants next door.

It is five minutes from central Hillcrest and half an hour from both Durban and Pietermaritzburg. The private schools, Kearsney, Highbury and St. Mary's are all nearby. Chillifields is also ideally situated close to the N3 toll road and the Shongweni Polo grounds.

Hillcrest boasts some fine Restaurants for your evening meal. We would be happy to recommend suitable restaurants as well as assist you with making the relevant reservations.

"Chillifields - set in a scenic area; when you arrive you are immediately impressed by the cleanliness of the place and the tranquil surroundings. The rooms are pristine and provide facilities for self-catering if you so wish, the breakfast is huge and the dining room really impressed us - soothing music greets you in the morning and the continental breakfast is enough for a small army :-) We took our dogs with as we were attending a dog show and we were made to feel very comfortable. All in all well worth the money and we will definitely return there in the future."
