The Good Food and Wine Show (at the Ticketpro Dome) brings together chefs from across the world and showcases the latest in global culinary trends. The exhibition features 9 kitchen theatres with many speciality shows and hands-on workshops conducted by top chefs.

Chefs include Gordon Ramsay, James Martin, Ainsley Harriott, Heston Blumenthal, Atul Kochhar, and Rachel Allen.. Children can also take part in the exhibition and Katy Ashworth from the BBC CBeebies Little Cooks Zone show. She will be teaching children how to cook and enjoy good, healthy food.
